Rabenold Racing to Focus on Short Track Racing

After a disappointing trip to Daytona, the #63 team returned back to their hometown of Slatington, PA. The #63 Interstate Batteries of Allentown car lacked the needed horsepower for Kory to make the field for the ARCA 200. The superspeedway car had the motor removed and taken to Scott Ritter of RPM Racing Machines to figure out where the problem with the motor lies.

The Rabenold Racing Team can no longer focus on the race that was. The team has been working on their short track car so they can make the trip to Salem, Indiana for the Kentuckiana Ford Dealers 200 ARCA race on April 13th.

From the high banks of the 2.5-mile famed Daytona International Speedway, Kory and his team will hope to meet the challenges of the high banks of the demanding .555-mile Salem Speedway.

The team will depart Slatington on April 11th for the trip to Indiana. Qualifying will be held on Saturday, April 12th beginning at 3:30pm. The race will be held on Sunday, April 13th with a starting time of 2:15pm. Unfortunately the Speed Channel will not cover this race but if you are fortunate enough, it can be seen on MavTV.
